Any order placed on this site assumes the customer's unconditional and irrevocable acceptance of these conditions.

Object

This contract is a distance contract which aims to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale of products, on the Internet, via the CMI platform.

CMI is a transaction management service and a trademark registered by CMI.

Definitions

In the remainder of the contract, each of the expressions mentioned above will be understood in the sense of its definition, namely:

  • “Consumer”: any natural person who, in this contract, acts for purposes which do not fall within the scope of their professional activity.
  • “Order form”: document which indicates the characteristics of the Products ordered by the Consumer and which must be signed by him by “double click” to commit him.
Product

All products in the catalog are sold while stocks last.

To order

After finding the product(s) that interest you, click on the “order” button, the product is then added to your order form.

You can modify your order form at any time and you can return to the catalog by pressing continue shopping.

When you have finished your purchases, validate your order by clicking on the “pay” order button.

Price

The prices mentioned in the catalog are indicated in Moroccan dirham, are valid at the time of their consultation by the customer and are those in force at the time of the order.

The purchase order and transactions are made in Moroccan DH.

Order execution

The order will be executed at the latest within 1 day from the moment the Consumer placed his order. In the event of unavailability of the Product ordered, the Consumer will be informed as soon as possible and will have the possibility of canceling their order. He will then have the choice of requesting either a refund of the sums paid or an exchange of the Product.

Delivery

The Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Consumer on the Order Form. The Consumer is required to check the packaging of the goods upon delivery and to report any damage due to the carrier on the delivery note.

The Consumer can, at his request, have an invoice sent to the delivery address by validating the option provided for this purpose on the Order Form.

Delivery costs are free everywhere in Morocco.
Payment method

To pay for your order, you choose payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, cmi, Maestro) at the Order Form level.

Your bank card payments are secured by CMI which offers a completely secure payment service.

Data Privacy

The information requested from you is necessary to process your order and is treated confidentially.

You have the right to rectification relating to data concerning you.

If you wish to return your order, please contact info@cocomula.com. Here you will receive the return instructions you need within 24 hours.

You can return your product up to 14 days after placing the order. All products you return must comply with the return conditions, if: no traces of use, all cards and accessories are still present and the packaging intact.

Shipping and delivery times

We ship your order from our warehouses within 2-10 business days after receiving your payment. Depending on your location, it will take up to 10 days after shipping for the order to reach you.

Note: Please check that you have provided the correct delivery address on your order before making payment, as we cannot change the delivery address in the system once your payment is processed.


What happens if I am not home for the delivery?
Someone has to sign for delivery, but it's not always you. The carrier may ask your neighbor to sign for the package(s) and leave it there.
If not, she will leave a card with information on where your package(s) are and what you should do next.

Typically, if you're not there on the second or third delivery attempt, they store it in their depot.
This gives you a few days to pick it up before it is sent back to us.



How can I track my order?
When you receive your shipping confirmation email, you will also find your personal tracking number there. If you click on this tracking number, you will be directed to the tracking website.



My package is not traceable. What can I do ?
After receiving the shipping confirmation mail, it may take up to 3 days for the tracking code to be active. If you still encounter problems, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@cocomula.com.

Refund after return
After receipt and inspection of the returned item, please allow 5-10 days to receive the refund to your bank account, credit card or other payment method used when paying for the order.
