1. WARNING

By clicking the confirmation button after filling out your order form, you validate your order and irrevocably accept these terms and conditions.

2. Preamble

Any order placed on this site requires the customer's unconditional and irrevocable acceptance of these terms.


3. Purpose

This contract is a remote agreement designed to define the rights and obligations of both parties concerning the sale of products via the Internet, through the CMI platform.

CMI is a transaction management service and a registered trademark of CMI.


4. Definitions

In this contract, the following terms shall have the meanings specified:

4.1 "Consumer": Any individual acting for purposes not related to their professional activity.

4.2 "Order form": A document that specifies the characteristics of the products ordered by the Consumer and must be confirmed by double-clicking to commit to the purchase.


5. Products

All products listed in the catalog are sold while stocks last.


6. Placing an Order

6.1 After finding the product(s) you are interested in, click the "Order" button to add them to your order form.

6.2 You can modify your order form at any time or return to the catalog by clicking "Continue Shopping."

6.3 When your selection is complete, validate your order by clicking the "Pay" button.


7. Pricing

7.1 Prices in the catalog are listed in Moroccan dirhams (MAD) and are valid at the time of consultation and order placement.

7.2 The order form and transactions are processed in MAD.


8. Order Execution

8.1 Orders will be processed no later than one day after the Consumer places their order.

8.2 If the product is unavailable, the Consumer will be notified promptly and may cancel the order, requesting either a refund or a product exchange.


9. Delivery

9.1 Products are delivered to the address provided by the Consumer in the order form.

9.2 The Consumer must verify the condition of the package upon delivery and report any damage to the carrier.

9.3 An invoice can be sent to the delivery address upon request by selecting the appropriate option in the order form.

9.4 Shipping fees may vary. Please proceed to the order stage to confirm whether shipping is free, as it is sometimes offered free of charge but not always.


10. Payment Methods

10.1 You can pay for your order via the following methods:

  • Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, CMI).
  • Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • Bank Transfer using a RIB (Relevé d'Identité Bancaire).

10.2 Payments are processed securely through CMI’s system when using a credit card.


11. Data Confidentiality

11.1 Your information is required for order processing and is treated confidentially.

11.2 You have the right to correct any data related to you.


12. Returns

12.1 To return your order, please contact info@cocomula.com within 24 hours to receive return instructions.

12.2 Products can be returned up to 14 days after placing the order if they meet the following conditions:

  • No signs of use.
  • All tags and accessories are intact.
  • Packaging is undamaged.

12.3 If the Consumer is Unsatisfied After Using the Teeth Whitening Products
Customers may request a refund if the following steps are followed:

  1. Document the Process: Take clear before-and-after photos of your teeth and ensure they are dated.

  2. Use as Directed: Ensure that the product has been used strictly according to the instructions provided in the packaging.

  3. Provide Usage Details: Specify the exact product used and describe the method of use, including:

    • Whether it was applied at the beginning or end of the day.
    • How many times a week it was used.
    • The duration of use for each session.
  4. Submit a Claim:

    • Email all required materials to serviceclient@cocomula.com.
    • Use the subject line: Refund After Use in your email.
    • Include:
      • Before-and-after photos.
      • A detailed explanation of why you are dissatisfied.
      • Proof of purchase.
      • The usage details as outlined above.
    • After sending the email, notify our customer service team via WhatsApp at +212720913796 to confirm that you have applied for a refund.
  5. Inspection and Approval: Once your claim is received, it will be reviewed by our team. If approved, a refund will be processed within 5–10 days.

Note: Refunds for used products are only available if the above conditions are met.


13. Shipping and Delivery Timelines

13.1 Orders are shipped from our warehouses within 2–10 business days after payment confirmation.

13.2 Delivery may take up to 10 days, depending on your location.

Note: Verify the delivery address before payment, as it cannot be changed once the payment is processed.


14. Missed Deliveries

14.1 If you're not home during delivery, the carrier may leave the package with a neighbor or provide a card with instructions for retrieval.


15. Tracking Your Order

15.1 Your shipping confirmation email will include a tracking number.

15.2 Clicking the tracking number will direct you to the tracking website.
